As Long as I can, I'll keep looking at this world for both of us. I'll laugh with our friends, cherish our memories, and honor your name in everything I do. I'll keep praying to the stars, carrying your spirt with me through every step of this journey.
To a life well lived and a soul deeply loved-rest easy, Lil Bro.
I will always love you , miss you, and carry you in my heart.
Forever Your Big Bro,
Alfred "BootMan" Jones
Anthony Tyrone "Tic" Jones passed away on February 24, 2025, at 54 after a courageous battle with colon cancer. A devoted Father, gifted chief and barber, passionate coach, and tireless mentor, Anthony lived a life grounded in love, service, and community.
For over 30 years, he coached and mentored youth through sports, co-founding the Dirty South Basketball adult league and later leading the Rosel Fann Raider youth basketball team. His love for football was just as deep, coaching teams over a 25 year span! To every player, Anthony was more than a coach- he was a father figure and guiding light.
Beyond the field the court, he organized fundraisers, back-to-school drives, and youth programs, always putting others first. His Heart belonged to the community he so faithfully served.
Anthony leaves behind a loving wife and four devoted children who will proudly carry on his legacy. Though cancer took his body, Anthony spirt and impact live on in every life he touched
His love will never be erased, and his legacy will never fade.
